MindClimb is an app designed to help with cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety. The app can be used during therapy to assist you in weekly treatment goals for practice and self-care, and can remind you of these skills and tools after you finish treatment. MindClimb uses a tool called a Step Ladder to help you work on an exposure goal to overcome anxiety. The Step Ladder involves breaking down the exposure goal into achievable events (steps), and gradually exposing yourself to anxious situations. Each step you complete gets you closer to your goal. You can plan specific coping strategies to use before or during the event, rate the event for difficulty, and schedule reminders for completing the event.
